Made from 55% cocoa dark chocolate, the Pearls of Chocolate - or Chocolate Caviar - provide a melting texture and a subtle crunchy touch in the mouth. These small, round, shiny Pearls perpetuate a love of chocolate through a mixture of tradition, modernity and gourmet delights.
Ingredients: Cocoa (cocoa beans, cocoa butter), sugar, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract.
Allergens: Milk. Possible traces of nuts, egg, gluten.
Shelf life: 12 months. Store in a dry place between 16°C and 18°C, away from light.
